iPhone / iPad Remote Control for VLC
The Remote Control for VLC is an iPhone / iPad application that controls the VLC Media Player from VideoLAN remotely over a WiFi connection
The design philosophy was to create an application that is easy to use with a simplistic yet functional User Interface, that is free and does not serve advertisements.

Installation
1. Install Remote Control for VLC from the Apple App store.
2. Install the Sybu Data Remote for VLC – Host Configuration application
The application is available for Mac OSX, Microsoft Windows and Ubuntu.
The Host Configuration application is to assist in the automated configuration of VLC on your host computer to enable the use of the Remote Control for VLC app on your iphone or ipad. If you prefer not to download and install the host configuration application you can follow the manual VLC configuration instructions here.
