In order to provide software support at remote locations without internet access, Sybu Data developed Remote Access Management Software.  The software interfaces to a GPRS modem to provide internet connectivity.

Software features...

• Remote site can be triggered via SMS to connect to specified website and perform following functions
• Upload from remote location any specified files, in compressed zip format, to website (this can be log files, database, configuration files etc, files located on remote network)
• Download from website any files to remote location and extract on remote location and distribute to network shares if required.  This can include files in use by OS.
• Execute batch script on remote location.
• All management is performed via web interface and supports multiple remote locations.
