When performing a sort report, the date filter does not seem to function correctly
Additional info: When using the Report LIMS, no sort reports are listed when the date filter is used.
The start date of the production is also linked to the start time of a shift. When no shift information existed when the production was started, the report will not return results based on production start times.
Solution: Use the Packhouse Production System to enter a shift and supply valid shift times. If your site does not use shifts, you still need to enter at least one shift number, with a valid start and end time as per suggestion shown below.
