property Brightness : integer	//0-255 set the LED brightness, 0=off 255= bright setting only works when pulse is off
property IsAvialable : Boolean	//this flag can be checked if the device is responding after activating it
property Pulse : boolean	//Pulse the LED
property PulseFrequency : integer	//0-16 0=very slow 16=fast
